Re: FS: D series turbo kit
what size is the turbo .. is there any shaft play? and can i use ac and ps with that manifold?
|
Re: FS: D series turbo kit
I'm not 100% sure you can use the ac but the ps is no problem. Might have to modify it for the ac but I'm not 100% sure. The turbo I'm not sure what size but it ran really well on my z6. Set the manual boost controller at 10psi and it got full spool by 4k and smoked the tires in first and second.

Re: FS: D series turbo kit
---- man drop $300 for some software an shitz and ur boosted for less than $800. Not too bad at all. If I had a daily driver I'd grab it to make it have tolerable power for sure.

Re: FS: D series turbo kit
Yup cheap kit. Just want to get it out of the garage and get some cash to pay for some of my ls/vtec. Yes the downpipe should fit your ek without any modification but if you use a different manifold you might need to have another one built because the turbo may be in a different position.

|
Re: FS: D series turbo kit Parting out
do u still have the hf/plate and turbo
|
Re: FS: D series turbo kit Parting out
Yup still have the HF mani, plate and turbo.
Driver's side axle, I don't know. 50 shipped sound good? |
Re: FS: D series turbo kit Parting out
turbo is pretty crusty looking isnt ne bad shaft play is there
would u take 175 shipped for hf/plate and turbo |
Re: FS: D series turbo kit Parting out
I'll double check tonight but I believe that it is in mint shape. I know it ran very well on my car and the only reason for pulling it off is because I blew my ringlands out. Didn't burn oil and doesn't seem like it leaked any oil at all. I was running it at 10psi. You also get the boost controller with it as well.
|
Re: FS: D series turbo kit Parting out
if its in good shape will u take 175 for the plate/hf and turbo
|
Re: FS: D series turbo kit Parting out
180 and you have yourself a turbo and mani provided there is no shaft play.
|
