BTW what were those T's and elbows you used for the log mani? Were they but welds?
Cast steel piping. They're used out here for some gas line stuff, so they had some lips around each edge of the pipes I ground down and butt welded together. Because it's cast steel I heated the piping with a torch first before I welded it on the highest amp setting on my mig. The welds aren't the prettiest, but the manifold is strong as hell...tested it during construction by bolting it to the motor and lifted on it with an engine hoist. It ended up picking the entire front end of the car off the ground, so after a second weld pass I was satisfied it was strong enough.

I think it's probably a head gasket that's leaking under boost. The first couple of weeks it ran like a raped date, then overheated once. Re-burnt a basemap I was using and it ran fine for a while afterwords up until about 2 weeks ago where it started doing it every day.

What do you want for the wastegate + dump tube shipped to 05262? Or are you trying to keep the whole mani+turbo setup complete? LMK

I'd be willing to part it out if I can sell everything pretty quickly, but the wastegate's already been spoken for if it does get parted.

Bring it on up. I'll even cut a deal if nobody wants the manifold so they can use it on their D-series build
