BTW, don't ever compare that dirty used up rebuildable core to a S480 like you did on HT. There's a good ~350 whp and NIB warranty difference between the two.

lol damn man don't get your panties up in a bunch! yea your right he didn't pay, im just trying to get rid of it and i went to like three mechanics and auto shops and they told me that they could probably get about 400-600 for it so i said what the hey why not throw it up there for four hundred and see who bids? and no i didn't get it from a junk yard. i know it has writing on there but it was there when i got it. i guess i could drop the price on here for $350 shipped! and thats still a hell of a deal cuz it still looks, and feels fine. there's only a little shaft play from side to side but nothing else.

None of your three mechanics or auto shops have built a 500 who car much less the ~750-950 that turbo will push. They certainly haven't priced any John Deere turbos from a supplier, either. You've gotten a couple fair offers, I'd hold out for $50 more.

$250-300, probably. If you think it's worth more you need to soak it in cabr cleaner, media blast the housings, and eBay it. If you do that drop $100-150 on a T4 housing so it looks like a performance unit it'll bring $600+ then, but that's kinda dishonest so don't tell us about it.

Yes.

J.H. Christ is selling a clean T04B/T3 that would do 350-370 for $150. crx2211 is selling a larger unit that is a downright steal for $300. I have a 15K mile HX35 w/ 3" downpipe flange I would do $275 + ship on. There's a lot of that sort of stuff going around in this economy.

For 200 whp a T25 would be perfect.

A .50 T3/T04E is a 400+ whp turbo.
