Does it have the flange thingy for the turbo to ic pipe.

You know what im talking about haha.

Its for a friend, and he needs it to be complete, so im trying to make sure its all there.

The turbo is no longer for sale, I was planning on ditching the turbo project for certain reasons beyond performance and I don't think I'm going to have to now. So it may go back up for sale or it may not. I'd just like to keep this turbo if I can, its in nice shape.
