FS: AEM C2DI Ignition with four cbr 600 coils complete COP Setup
hey i'm selling my aem c2di ignition its kinda like a msd but only better. this setup allows you to run one coil per cylinder for a intense spark, with no more misfires. this setup is brand new i installed it and started the car, it ran for like 20 seconds and thats it. this kit includes 4 cbr 600 coils (same style as they use on the aem drag car) 4 wire harnesses, 4 plugs for the coils ( need to run plugs with the screw off tops), instructions and of course the c2di ignition box. i paid over $500 for the kit and am looking to get $350 for it all
here is the run down.
AEM C2DI
AEM's digital Multi-Channel C2DI is the lightest, smallest and most cost effective ignition module on the market. These units are available in four- and eight-channel configurations and are ideal for applications that utilize aftermarket stand-alone engine management systems.
AEM's digital Multi-Channel C2DI is the only capacitive discharge ignition systems available with dual capacitors. This enables the AEM C2DI to produce more spark energy and spark voltage per spark than any other available CDI unit. AEM's exclusive Twin Cap technology stores the energy for two distinct spark events and allows for full spark energy for each individual sparkplug, even on high-rpm distributed Mustangs.
they list them at $329 and that's just the box no coils or harnesses!!

I wouldn't be agruing with the head honcho of the classifies if you trying to sell ---- here. But Steve does have a point. Why would you run it for 20 seconds and then decided to sell it? You bought for it a reason.
I'm not the head honcho, I'm the guy that's asking legitimate questions of why you have one off these ignition systems for sale after puttting it on a running car for 20 sec. Especially on a car that was running fine for what you use it for, but now you have this for sale.
I've been around the block, and I'm here to spot potential fishy for sale posts, and figure out what's going on with them.
"I have a stereo for sale, no wire harness, but it's brand new with a cd still stuck in it" would also be a post I'd be onto.

its not stolen if that is what you are implying i have the box instructions and i could probably get the receipt if the buyer so wanted it i bought it brand new. I dont know why you(stealthmode) are giving me such a hard time

dang soon 2 b no real reason to get so upset...just answer the mans ?'s, ever think maybe he would wanna buy it? I am sure lots of other peeps have looked at this post and thought to themselves the same thing stealth has asked u so just chill out no one is accusing u of nothin bud
With your reasoning for selling something like this, you are only leading others including myself to think that this is either stolen, or not working. A normal person would have said something like,
"I bought this cause I thought it would make a difference in my car, but now I'm just realizing that it was a stupid purchase on my part".
And you should have realized that before you would have put it on the car for 20 seconds.
Your story is lacking what we're looking for, and all we want to know is the real reason why you would put anything on a car for 20 seconds and then all of a sudden want to sell it.
I don't get it, but if you're requesting me to lock this post, you've got it.

I'm just trying to figure out why this doesn't sound right.
