I've got a set of 4x100 13" steelies that i just took off a car I THINK they have 175/70/13 tires on them (at my work so I cant look right now).
The tires on them are pretty bad but better than nothing. lol
I want to get rid of them locally. Anywhere between Orlando-Daytona (preferably Daytona) and were good to go. if you happen to live on the West coast of FL (but North of Tampa, Citrus Co area) I visit family out there alot and may be able to get you the tire on the next visit.
