i pretty much want ur turbo, but for the xtra 100 bux i'd feel safer buyin it brand new. whats the best you'd do shipped?

That is my turbo, and like the one pictured, mine is new. I haven't run it and when i bought it i was told that it was brand new. You can pay the extra $100 and get the new one, but i'm more reliable than the site you're looking at....just FYI.
