What is the expected wait for one of these (if I ordered it say, 3-5 days from now? I assume it is mild steel, right?

I just need it to be able to support my super-60 with a 2.5" dp, external wastegate, and stock ac/radiator/etc.

Tall order, I know. But if come up with a workable design you can ship pretty soon, I'm probably in. Let me know. I've got a dz6y8 if it makes any difference. I plan on mounting it just like you've got it in the pic and I'm not using an internal gate, so you could just position the flange where it'll have no problem clearing the block and stock fan.
Thanks
I'm planning to make more manifolds over the week-end. I will post a quantity available ASAP.

I will eventually make these manifolds for all turbos I have flanges for. I picked the T3 due to it's popularity to start out with. One problem with the T25 is that I do not have a turbo to test fit it with. Question...is your T25 a DSM or Std flange?

Ok, I'm still down for one. I'm getting my money back on the other, so I'm free now. Since you are not using stainless, Are you going to coat the whole thing in some good, light-colored (hey, we want to keep the heat in, right?) 1500 deg paint? VHT comes well recommended. The application can be tedious tho. If you didn't want to go thru the whole curing process, I guess you could just spray the first coat to prevent rust during shipping, and the customer could do the rest of the curing and coating. Anyway, just something to think about. I can't wait until you get a final design done and a few ready to ship.

Which turbo will you be using?

this is james, I have been working all day on some more manifolds, tomarrow i should have 4 d series t3 turbo manifolds with external wastegate that WILL allow AC. I will also be selling our ac downpipe for 50 dollars seperate from manifold, or 40 dollars if you buy a (ac manifold + downpipe combo). check back soon for more picks.
