It's a piggy back fuel computer(fuel management). It also messes with the map sensor so that it's unable to read boost.

if u have a turbo in ur civic.. this is a cheap but accurate way of fuel management.. (5psi to 9psi)

ill have mine for sale also in the near future, i want to upgrade to hondata ($$$)

Correct. I upgraded myself but not to hondata, jst the vafc but it works well for what it is.
