Would rear quarters and new door panels take care of most of the rust?

600 bucks... throw in some sheet metal work and I'd have myself a nice, rust-free rex...

Full quarters and doors would be all she needs. The front end is 100% rust free and i pulled the carpet and there is no rot underneath. Its all exterior.
