Uh, . The reason why group buys work, is because you offer a price that people cannot refuse at that time. They buy it even though they may not need that part just yet.
If you only offer $5 off, it's more beneficial to anyone to just buy the part WHEN they need it and only pay $5 more. Your not giving people a reason to say, "I have to get this at this price right now, otherwise it's gonna cost ? later."

I understand but I'm just getting started in selling parts and don't get killer pricing yet. I can go down to 125 shipped on these. I understand most people who do group buys wait for 20 buyers or so but I was just willing to offer a discount on a pulley that I have found to be the best on the market. Sorry I can't offer a better deal, maybe i should of just said best pricing on dh-racing pulley. Well if any are intrested I will have them at this price through the 2nd weekend of Jan.
