95 sohc vtec longblock, a lil over 100k mi. 200
96 d16y7 longblock, got it free from my sister's boyfriend, it has 87k mi. 150

longblock does not come with intake manifold, or exhaust manifold or dizzy

i'll trade the d16z6 for ctr pistons mounted on gsr rods with rings, and i'll trade the d16y7 for a set of hx wheels
