i bought a set of arp studs (208-4301) that are for d16z blocks...i thought they were made for a zc but found out d16z were not the same thread pitch as zc when i tried installing it. so these are pretty much brand new...

so you tried to install em and then found out they were wrong.. did you mess up the threads before finding they were wrong or are they still in good shape?

 

no they are perfect...remember aluminum block is a lot weaker than harden steel studs.
