yeah it is. i was holding it really close to my webcam when i took that picture. I will take another pic with a tape measure next to it. Sorry i dont have the flange for it.

it's alright man, if you could find the flange i'd take it but i've got a flange already thats 3 5/8" and need a BOV to fit it. Thanks anyway man
