Any problems with leaks from the welds? Just curious b/c I've heard a lot of horror stories about self made manifolds. I have a B18 in a CRX.

I've been running mine for a little while now and the other guy has been running his for a little while. No problems that I've seen, although there could be leaks and I wouldn't be able to tell.

any pics of the oil return line... seems like it would have to be snaked through all of that... nice work though

Don't know anybody with an ef with a half radiator around here.

I didn't get any pics of the oil return. On both cars it's a pretty much straight drop to the pan. It goes down, around the number 1 runner(line wrapped with thermal wrap), and into the pan between 2nd and 3rd bolt hole from the right of the pan. Thanks.

thats really nice...i would buy it...but the welds dont really look thats strong..where did u get the piping??...for those exact cuts?....sell me the piping not welded..and ill buy 1..

Looks can be deceiving Quite a few of the inner welds have full penetration. The only ones I would be worried about are the pipe to head flange connection. I'll see how long the one holds up on my car and my friends car. Straight pipe I buy local and fittings I either buy local or from mcmaster.
