Yep, should work with any turbo that has a T3 inlet regardless of compressor side.
And there is nothing wrong with it other than the small visual imperfection. It's ready to bolt on and go unless an external wastegate port needs to be added.

$200 shipped with external wastgate flange for tial 35mm
