CRX, Parts, and a Turbo

Freshly rebuilt A6 trans ~20,000 miles $120+ship
A6 block that needs rings $50+ship
Y8 head ~60,000 miles $120+ship
.48/.60 T3 rebuild from WestCoastTurbo $300+ship sold
KYB GR-2 Shocks brand new $100+ship
Skunk2 springs brand new $100+ship
Full set of slotted rotors for CRX Si brand new $75+ship sold
Y8 Head gasket brand new $50+ship
Pioneer 3 way 6 1/2" speakers $20 shipped
Stock 6 1/2" speakers $10 shipped
Volvo adjustable BOV $40+ship

90 CRX Si $1,000 (SW Ohio)
Body needs some help, the fenders aren't rusted out horrible like most. Doors have some rust around the molding clip holes, front bumper has a small hole and the hood has a dent. Minimal body work would make it look decent (not good but decent). Mechanically strong, 260,000 miles on the body / cylinder head about 20,000 miles on the block. Brand new radiator/hoses/brakes, front calipers replaced recently. Things changed from stock worth mentioning include stainless braided brake hoses, no stereo in the car, has a complete 2 1/2" exhaust that comes up to an HF manifold with a homemade flange (exhaust manifold broke and I was in a pinch), no name lowering springs lowered about 3 inches rides rough handles well, very new Falken Ziex tires in stock size. Car is not the nicest around but it has served me well for the 2 1/2 years I have owned it and I really like it but I'm busy with work all the time and have not much time to work on it anymore so I bought a new car.

Not unless you really have to see them, it is a rebuilt turbo that got shipped to me and has sat in my living room for a few months. Nothing special

Re: CRX, Parts, and a Turbo

It will take me a few days to get pictures taken as I don't have a camera (as was stated), all the parts are for CRX. The struts are a set of four brand new in the box, same for the springs. $20 shipping to 99114. 741007 I believe is the part number, if it isn't I'll blame my messy apartment and drowsy state of mind.

In the first pic you can see the rear main seal adapter is missing, I broke it trying to get the gasket out.

$1200 and you get the rest of the car too, I'm not parting out

Yeah I bet without that molding it would drop the price a whole lot. Things a pile of ---- as it is, sell me that piece it will just fit right in without having it on anywyas.

I never said it was nice or anything of the sort, it was cheap and fun for the time. I don't see why you have to be a jerk about it, I don't want to part out the car end of story.

Im very interested in the a6 block? can you give me more info on it though. How do the cylinder walls look as far as being scorned or scraped? I need a bare block that all i really have to do is re-hone and put in my parts w/o worry. What is wrong with the block exactly? More or less how much would shipping be to texas? let me know asap. thanks

Block needs rings and the mentioned part that is missing, cylinder walls are fine. They were squirted with lube after i took it out of the car and have sat since then, not rusted up or anything. I'll check on shipping and get back to you. probably no more than $75

Bought the trans from racintweek for most of the technical info you could ask him, I'll get back to you on shipping prices.

How flexible is the price on the CRX? How the interior?

Interior was just about perfect when I got it, it has gone down hill. It isn't terrible but it isn't anything to write home about. Price is fair but is slightly flexible.

I don't want to get in another one of these arguments, but in this area $1,000 is a fair asking price considering the number of new parts I have in it.
