You do have these deals in Canada, you just have to pay extra for shipping/customs. Since these will come straight from the warehouse, I can't negotiate customs fees.

Send the payment as soon as you decide you would like a set. No payments will be cashed until there are 3 sets sold (which we will need for even 1 set).
I would like everyone to send payments in regardless of if it's the first set because last time I did this people waited to hear the third set was sold, forgot to check back, some lagged on payments, ect. I'd like to get everyones wheels out quickly once all payments are in.

That is a great deal, I'm on the edge I should know by tommorrow and I will send a check by tommorrow if I am, damn they are sweet wheels too, I couldn't find them cheaper than $120 each!
