The internet is a gray place, lots of scammers and theft, but this guy GAVE the money back, when even paypal couldn't have saved the buyer, thats a respectful thing to do regardless of race.

he may not be a scammer, but this thread proves that he's lazy and isnt the most reliable of people as far as taking care of his buyers like he should, which again, is bad business practices. and on that note, i will not buy from him. i am a customer, i expect to be treated well. on the flipside, i will want to treat my customers well when i get stuff to sell
