that sucks that the sale ended already. a friend of mine was saving to buy one and just came over to paypal the money . any idea of when they will e on sale again or when he will be starting to make then for regular price?

are you guys sending pm's or emails out to let us know what's going on? I paid on the 28th but I haven't heard from you guys if you recieved the payment or if you are sending them out. I'm not pissed or anything, I'm just curious :P

Nope, there are too many orders. You will, however, get an email with the UPS tracking # as soon as it ships. If you sent the payment, we got it and you will be getting a cool IC soon!

I'm sure at some point. We had NO IDEA the response we'd get, so Anthony and Ben have been busting *** to get these built. I don't think he wants to see a 6" unit again anytime soon! LOL! But yes, we'll do it again at some point.

just to let you guys know and feel a little more at ease, I ordered one for our fellow member overseas, and I did NOT recieve a tracking number, BUT i did recieve the unit pretty damn quick considering the circumstances.
So even if you did NOT get a tracking number just chill out. I think I recieved the unit a week and 2 days later or something like that after I paid. And it was shipped UPS, so I'm sure a large percent of the time was the IC in transit. No complaints here. Well maybe just one, sucks that the sale ended early

Hey, I just thought you might want to know that we DID email you tracking information on 7/15/05. I don't know why you didn't get it. It went to your hotmail address. I can forward it to you if you like.
If people give us an email address, you get a tracking # via email, simple as that. What happens to it once UPS sends it, I can't tell you, but they are definitely sent. One of the problems is that a lot of people have three or four email addresses - one they use for Paypal, one they use on HMT, one for personal emails, etc. We tell people we sent the tracking # to X address, and they say, "oh, I NEVER check that address - I just use it for Paypal." We do the best we can!
We just saw a guy over on the SRT-4 board who did a group buy. He said that everytime someone emailed him to ask if their item shipped, they got bumped to the bottom of the shipment list. I *like* this idea! Unless you've ever done a group buy and know how annoying it is to get 500 emails a day asking if an item shipped, you have NO idea what a hassle it is. It definitely takes away the time Anthony could be spending actually building the units when he's answering the phone all day with "did my unit ship? When will it ship?" - especially if it's only been a day or two since they paid! So have a heart, huh guys? You won't find ANYONE on HMT who has ever been screwed out of a unit by us, and we're not about to start now. Show some love??

I know what your talking about..
I work in retail and realized something, customers want items, their way, right now and as cheap as possible.
I get crabby people in pissed because their saw they bought 6 months ago doesn't work because they try to saw through 2" plywood with a 5 1/4" blade on battery power (i work at sears and maybe over exaggerated a lil but to get the point across) and then wonder why I can't just give them a new one right now.
It sucks
p.s. can I still get a FMIC for $130....
