What Boost suggested pretty much applies to all Hondas, which was:
I would say top brackets with end tanks on the bottom unless you have a modified radiator support. Centered end tanks will work, but if I had to choose which one to use for a Crx I would go with top brackets, bottom end tanks. Same with the inlets/outlets unless you have a modified front end the standard position shoudl work perfect.

Right click, save it to your computer and you can reupload as your Avatar. I brightened it up a little also since it was kind of dark once it was resized smaller.
