holy ---- guys the idea behind a group buy is that you get a good deal because of a big order and that means you have a little wait ahead of you. These guys are very good people with a very good product at a very good price, I have never heard of someone getting ripped off or being unhappy.

^^thats good to hear...i never had any experience w/ CCA before, but in a week when ive been ripped off twice, i don't want to have it happen again. No offense to CCA....

i talked to CCA and they said that all except 3 of the IC's shipped out this week (jan25 or so) and the 3 that didn't ship yet are going out on Monday...i assume that w/ 3-5day shipping that most of us will get them by the end of next week! Just thought i'd let ya'll know!

Hey guys,
I just wanted to get on and also express my apologies to those of you who have had to wait for your intercoolers. There are many happy customers here who will attest that we have NEVER EVER EVER not sent an intercooler to a customer. We have never screwed anyone out of their money or their product. Our core supplier has been the problem in all of this, but we're working it out. We HATE unhappy customers. Anthony is really stressed out about it, and I know that's of no concern really to those who have given us their hard-earned money and want their product, but I hope you will be patient with us. We're really not purposely trying to hold anyone up, and we DO care that our customers are happy.
As for emails, I try to answer as many as I can on my own, but if they are technical or if I don't know where Anthony is in terms of building the units, I put the questions in his personal email box; however, he is only one guy, and he tries to devote all his time to actually building the units. Answering a ton of emails takes away from that, so sometimes it takes him a few days to get to his emails. I will try from now on to at least say "Anthony will get back to you" so you know you're not being ignored.
We also STILL do not get any notifications from HMT that there have been new posts to the threads, or that we have private messages waiting. Jeff was going to look into this, but it still has apparently not been fixed. So unless we come over here and check, we have no idea that people have posted questions to the threads or sent us PM's. So ALWAYS ALWAYS email us at customcoach@comcast.net to be assured we get your message right away.

any update on these? i placed my order on the 14th of jan.. i called twice (no answer) and emailed twice asking nicely if my order was shipped.

i got mine pretty quickly, probably 2 weeks or so i had mine after i paid. you guys gotta remember this isnt the only place they sell intercoolers and they probably sold 50+ intercoolers in this group buy alone. the quality of these things are pretty good so would you guys rather get your part quickly and get a piece of crap or wait a little longer and get a quality piece?
