just because it has a clean car fax does not mean it has not been in a wreck or fucked up. i have had several cars come through the dealership i worked at that had been wrecked but had clean carfax reports. and a modded ep3 should only be around 8k because its been molested and maybe the persons installing the parts fucked up or did some retarded ---- you wont find out about till later and if the owner modded it then he definetly beat the ---- out of it
