BOV and gasket kit

I have for sale:

a knockoff BOV of some sort. I think its an RFL knock off not sure. I have no flange or bolts for it. $60 shipped

and Felpro head set Gasket Kit HS 9274 PT-1 for a B16a2 $110 shipped

still have the bov? What the cheapest you'll do picked up? And you think it can just be welded into a pipe or is the material too shitty?
