Im not sure if this has been covered before, but at least for the 14b/t25 adapter plate, there are three holes that are drilled and tapped for an M10x1.5 bolt. as you have probably found, the only bolt that fits this has a nasty 17mm head size. it makes tightening the 2 closest to the block a complete bitch.

wondering if there was a better way to go about this, i went on over to mcmaster and found this:


i ordered them, and they arrived today. just as i had hoped, they fit purrfectly. and the 8mm allen head is large enough that its hard to strip out.

they come i packs of 25, meaning that i have 22 extra. does anyone want some?

nice find, i had the same problem, i got the stupid hex head screws in and now they wont come back out

you only need 3, as the fourth bolt for the manifold bolts through to the turbo.
