Comes with the bolt, gasket, oil cooler and the water pipe that has the hoses for install.

I would say not really.. ECT circulates through it.. my coolant sits at 195*F.. i don't think it would do much for cooling

I think if its there it shoild help, but it works without it just fine

Of course it helps, ect's are about 180F when cruising/driving. Cooler oil also helps to keep the temps down a little and prolong the oil's life.

I have one from my b16 block, maybe I should put it on my ls vtec......
