Intercooler sizes? Pressure tested? Good for how much boost?

 

Core is 18x6.25x3.5". Not sure if ssauto pressure tests them or not, but I'm 99.9% sure there are no leaks. I've used 3 of these intercoolers on different setups and never had a problem. I'd say by the core size and since it's a bar and plate it should be good to 300whp.
