does dumptube exit parallel or at a right angle (in relation to the flange bolts) out of the wastegate flange?

 

Typical play, no in out, oil should tighten it up, Ild run it. Seals still hold oil perfectly. Turbine has very very small chips on 2 blades. Can barely see in pics but just being honest. Ive run way worse.
