i guess it's safe to say i got scammed for 100 bucks too, thanks 91efate

and i know how you feel man. I could really use that bill right now. Bills to pay and worst of all I don't have a stable income, so I have to have money stashed just to make sure i pay my bills on time if I don't make enough money one month, but then after that I'm screwed.

there has got to be something to do. paypal needs to implement a better system (like escrow.com). This is getting to be out of hand.

the point is i did ask for vouches. and i did file with paypal. it wont kick in until tommorow. but the money is gonna be long gone by then. I hope i can get something back.

 

arent they able to trace the bank account with paypal

 

 

do what i do when u buy ---- outside of ebay. ask for phone numbers n tlak to them over the phone. make sure everythings legit. if he dont wanna talk to u then dont buy. paypal will give u money regardless if he has it or not. it'll put him in negative and take money from his bank.

 

thanks for te support yall. I dont know what more precautions to take now to buy outside of ebay. but i guess i will be more wary about scammers in the future.

 

Just an update, i got my money back via paypal claim dispute today. Unfortunately i did not get any of his info such as name and addy and so forth. Just keep a look out with this guy everyone.
