I bought this brand new 1 year or 11k miles ago....it's made by Cool Radiator...or C&R or something. I don't remember.

It's the popular Del Sol VTEC Dual Core radiator...this is much thicker than the normal civic radiator...and this particular one is all metal...no OEM plastic end tanks.

Anyway the story is....I tightened the hose clamp a bit too tight and the passageway caved in. You can see in the pic. All you have to do is lob it off and weld on a new outlet....or if you can figure out how to bend it back it would work just fine.

Actually for the last 3 weeks I've been using a d-series upper radiator hose that i just stretched around the outlet and it barely leaked whatsoever.

Instead of repairing it I took the opportunity to prep. for a HMT setup and buy an all aluminum radiator.

I'm asking 50 shipped.

That must have been one hell of a hose clamp :P No leaks or anything? Will it drop into an eg hb or will i need to modify the radiator mounts a little bit? I guess that wouldn't matter too much. Are the inlet and outlets in the same as a stock 95 civic one? I want your shiznit foo

And yeah I was surprised...it was a cheap little hose clamp from Ace hardware.

 

you can get brand new ones off eBay for under $50 shipped. im running one right now with no issues

 

Yeah, but I don't trust plastic end tanks.
