Not really dry rotted.. I more was trying to say on the back side there are some pretty bad wear marks from running underinflated i think.. Whoever buys them would want to check them out first to see if they think they would still be good to use.

umm for the h23 block i pretty much have everything.. BUt its been all disasembled.. so missing parts here and there.. I think the crank is pretty bad on one journal, "spun bearing" but i think i still have the pistons and rods from it laying around.. atleast i know i have 3 of them lol..

lol nah the banner was from a local election.. The guys name was angel rice.. I just cut the rice part out and hung it up because i thought it was funny lol!! The head is perfectly fine! Worked great! I just used the cam and the rocker arm aseemebly off it for another project!
