Default 98 hatch LS turbo in NY/NJ

I thought I had this thing sold locally but it seems that the guy wasnt very serious. It is a work in progress that I am not inclined to fix the little things on (ive been driving it the way it sits for quite some time), but I will if it doesnt sell soon.

On to the details:

has about 166k on the body
LS swap with: scat rods, cp pistons, arp head studs, thermal intake spacer, Comp Clutch stage 5 unsprung, Comp Clutch lightened flywheel (8lbs i think, i forget)

turbo setup consists of:

-GM4(?) turbo from the gm 6.5L diesel
-"top-log" mani made from stainless pipe and mild flanges
-3 inch open dp (stock exhaust is still there since i am planning on making a cutout and hooking it back up
-precision 680cc injectors
-motorola 2.5 bar map
-huge chinese intercooler w/mild steel pipes and heavy duty couplers
-walbro 255 intank
-ee-enhanced ebc mounted in the glove box
-chipped p28 running eCtune, made 294hp at a hair under 15psi, running 7psi daily

The car also has a Nitrous Express single fogger setup(semi-hidden) that has never been used on this car (but has been used on others). It was to be set up to be triggered by the ecu and for extra fuel to be added in through eCtune but this was never done. I have the fuel solenoid if someone wants to make this a normal wet kit, or with a little work/tuning you can do it the way i intended. It also has a purge solenoid wired up to the horn switch.

The car has a few "issues":

*this car desperately needs different motor mounts, it only has the main 3 and the motor moves way too much

*the body is not perfect. I ran a carfax and the car had an accident, and if you look down the passenger side of the car you can see where there was body work done to the right quarter(it was actually a pretty decent job, but i still notice it). There are also several dings, including a few on the hood from the turbo (the engine mounts let the motor move too much and i suspect it hits if you bang gears since i never noticed the dents until i started driving the car harder once it was broken in). The front bumper should also be replaced, it is cracked in a few places from the previous owner. There is only one rust spot on the body that i can think of, it is a slight bubble at the bottom of the rear hatch. The car is defintely a northern car, so it has rust on all the bolts, the brake lines have some corrosion, etc, etc. It shows well, but is not a perfect car by any means.

*There is no shift boot, shift **** or radio, and the interior is kinda dirty. There is also no cig lighter for some reason.

*This car was originally built just to be a toy (but then i sold my dd and for the last 8 months or so this has been my DD), so to be honest i cut a few corners. The drivetrain came out of a 230k+ integra, and I basically just honed out the cylinders and tossed in new std sized bearings. The head had about 60k on it when i got it, but one of the studs has "weak" threads, although the IM seems to seal well. The motor seems to run great and has good oil pressure, but when it was on the dyno it did smoke from the breather.
future.

*There is also one snapped exhaust stud, and one snapped bolt that holds the center section of the turbo to the exh side. The turbo sometimes whines a bit, and recently i think the input shaft bearing has been making a little noise too...nothing horrific, just somehting that will need to be taken care of at some point in the
I know thats a lot of little ----, but keep in mind I'm an honest guy so i wanted to list as much as i could think of at this moment. Ive been driving this car everywhere for a long time without any significant issues. The car has been together like you see it for about 8 months and under 10k (i think).

I am asking 4500 as it sits. The longer it sits, the more little stuff i will fix and the higher the price will go. I am interested in trades (not for anything heavily modded or rusty), so post up what you have to put towards this thing (cars, trucks, and bikes included).

sorry for the rambling, feel free to ask questions

that might be the way it all pans out, but i get bored with cars very easily and I think im in the market for something new.

All the cars Ive kept for any substantial amount of time have had near mint bodies and this one isnt quite up to my standards to be honest. It is by no means a shitbox though, especially for the east coast where cars seem to leave the factory with rust.
