94 Turbo Integra **$3000** OBO
I've decided it's time to move onto another project. Always something bigger and better out there.
I bought the car from a friend a little over a year ago in October of '04. The body is rough, but it runs well, and now has more goodies than when I bought it. VIN # upon request. All parts listed below have a mere 2200 miles on them at the moment. Finally got the car together about 2 months ago. So it's all very new under the hood with exception of the turbo stuff. Engine specs: b18a block (Hot tanked, blasted, bored, honed and decked by local machine shop. Bore is 81.5mm) Wiseco GSR 9.1 Compression pistons (81.5mm obviously) Wiseco Rings Eagle GSR rods ACL bearing kit Micropolished GSR crank New upon installation; b18c oil pump Pro Street Online Timing belt kit OEM Honda Headgasket All other gaskets and seals brand new upon installation All ARP studs and bolts Turbo setup: BMC log manifold 14b turbo (ported inlet. No shaftplay in or out or side to side when we had it all apart for the engine rebuild) Open DP from 2.5" to 3" 2.5" Crush bent IC piping Unknown brand on the Intercooler dimensions unknown. Has served me well on 12psi never had any issues with it. DSM 450cc Injectors with inline resistors (soldered and taped) Odd ball couplers, never given me a problem. It's a "rough" kit, but has done quite well, and is most defintely upgradeable, especially with the built bottom end. Clutch: Exedy Stage II clutch kit Thick Cerametallic 3 puck Exedy Pressure Plate All new bearings included with the kit Head: Newer LS head. Bought from a local guy with 34k miles on it. A customer was going LS/Vtec and that's where the head came from. Head was sent to the machine shop along with the block, and pressure tested, and cleaned up. Fuel Managment: P75 chipped Uberdata Street Tuned at 12 psi with the current setup. (Spikes 12, instantly falls off to 11psi and holds through the first 4 gears.) It was tuned by "adseguy". That's his member name on H-T. Here is a link to his post after tuning his own stock block LS; http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1307884 At least you can see what he's capable of, and ask him about me for yourself if you'd like. It has a few issues however. It doesn't much like to idle when it's cold. You have to let it get up to operating temperature before it runs right, and holds a steady 1k idle. I believe it to be the IACV, simple fix, just haven't had the time between work and whatever else. Once it's warm though, it runs quite well. I know it's Frankensteined with the GSR rotating bottom end, and LS head, but I personally didn't notice a loss in torque perse over the LS stroke, even though it's there. The compression with the LS head should be right around 8.8 or so, and with a GSR head obviously it'd be 9.1 as advertised from Wiseco. With the body in the condition it's in, it would make a perfect track car. The kind of car you wouldn't mind tearing apart the interior and going to town with it. My builder took it to a track in Arkansas and said he ran a 13.0 @ 107mph on the 195 All Season tires. I don't have slips to back it, but it's defintely a low 13 second car and a bit faster on some stickier tires. **I will have pics up tonite when I get back to work, as they are on my lap top, and I'm on a work computer at the moment** I'm sure I'm leaving some things out, but if I think of anything else I'll post up most defintely. Call my cell at 417-459-6381 to discuss anything in a more timely manner as I don't have internet access until after midnight any given night. Names grant by teh way Looking for $3100 OBO |
