Is it a 5-speed? Is there anything at all (even minor) wrong with the car?

 

Yes it is a five speed and runs great. It does have one or two dents but for a car made in 94 its cleaner than most. Feel free to take a look in person. I Used Honda tranny fluid & Honda oil filter I always replace parts with OEM Hondastuff. Oh the shift linkage has stiffer aftermarket bushings.
