It's completly bare, if you need the parts to go back on I can get them but don't have them handy. This was a spare dash that I was using for mockup's for custom pieces and just don't need it anymore. Altho, there are no scratches or tears in it, the mockups did no harm. If you're interrested in it bare or complete, let me know how much and I'll see if I can work something out.
