I have for sale here a used intercooler piping kit that will fit perfectly with any 92-00 Honda Civic with a Integra GSR B18c1 motor swap. I had this kit installed in my 95 Civic coupe for about 15 months and managed to generate 242 WHP @ 8 psi of boost with a Garret t3/t4 turbocharger and ran an ET time of 13.11 quarter mile at Raceway Park. I recently upgraded to an all aluminum IC piping to shave weight and won't be needing this combo anymore. I pieced this kit myself and is guaranteed to fit without any major modifications on any 92-00 civic with a 1.8 liter GSR swap. The intercooler was purchased new for about $200. from Johnnyracecar.com. It is a tube and fin design and it is 33.75" wide from end to end. It is 6" tall and 2" deep. The core size is 30" wide. The piping OD is 2.5" on the in and out end caps. The intercooler is missing one of the two flange to attach to the bumper support, therefore some minor modification will be required. The piping is from Rev Hard for a 94-01 Integra GSR and was purchased for about $225. I had to make some modifications in order to fit it into a Civic. This happens since the B18c1 GSR employs a dual stage intake manifold which positions the throttle body lower than any other civic or integra model. The piping is mandrel bent aluminized steel and is 2" from turbo to IC and 2.25" from IC to throttle body. This piping ID will generate the best response and keep turbo lag to a minimum. I had a 1G DSM blow off valve flange welded--so no need to worry about pressure surge. Plus the 1G DSM makes a great sound between shifts. Most of the piping is wrapped in Cool It Thermo Tec heat protection wrap to keep the air in the piping from absorbing heat from the engine bay compartment. The kit comes with heat resistant silicone connector hoses and clamps except for 2 hoses I can't find. The missing hoses are a 2" and a 2.25". Asking $250.00 or best offer for everything.
