no actually i feel confident driving that car anywhere. and by axle i mean it clicks (that happens with 17 year old cars) and it has new pads so i'm gonna guess the system just needs to be bled

Usually, when usual people talk and usual people percieve, I'm not there.

I had a 93 civic with clicking axles for years, and brakes aren't needed on cross country trips.

With more specific pictures of things (rust, interior, engine, underbody) and the location of your nearest airport I can look further into it.
