84.5mm Honda CP Pistons 9.7:1 Compression w/ RM Rods B-series GSR - $425
This came out of my block that I sold. The guy that bought my block did not wany low compression pistons. This is what I have left.
These were in a boosted GSR motor making 450whp@14psi. I will not part this out, nor am I looking for trades. Price is firm. The pistons alone retail sell for 485.00 and the rods go for 415.00. If you are doing a budget build, this would work well for you.
The CP pistons are 84.5mm, and yiled a 9.7:1 compression if installed in a GSR motor. The rods were purchased from Rocket Motorsports who are well known for there cams. It is a H beam rod which have ARP 2000 Bolts in them. The pistons do not include the rings. I threw those away. You would need new rings anyways which will run about 75.00 bucks. The rods have the most miles on them, I have used them in 3 motor builds, but they have never failed me. I did spin a bearing on 2 of the rods, but there was no damage to them. They were resized by a local machine shop and they are good to go. If you want me to have a local machine shop look at them again, that is fine, but I won't pay for that. For the price I am selling them for, it's not worth it for me. I might even sell these locally so I am not worried about it. I simply just wanted to post here since a lot of people on here do some budget builds. These were pulled out of the motor and they are fine. What you see is what you get, and they are in good condition. Just pm me if your interested, no hurry to sell these.

"Secondaries" Thank you for your post. I actually would like to clarify something since you asked that.
These pistons are Part#SC7018 from CP pistons. This is their B-series piston that is used in many 84mm+ builds, but the compression figures they have listed is based off the B20/B16 head combo. If you have a B20/VTEC then the pistons will yield 9.7:1. I have a ITR motor and you will loose about .3 in compression due to the stroke. My head has been slightly milled and the motor was decked so I am pretty close to the 9.7:1. The compression height is 1.181, and I got that figure from CP catalog that is available for download on their site.
So with that said, these will work in a GSR, and ITR motor. But it will not work in a b20 due to the rods, and I am not parting them out. I just wanted to make that clear, and ofcourse the final compression will differ from setup to setup. Just a heads up guys. Thank you!
