i work on the internet, i have DSL at home, so i am online 24/7....and i see you online most/every day, you know you have my money and you never took the time to write or say something.

how does it look that when the money cleared you disappear from the face of the earth?
hell yea i would be upset.
especially when the deal was as soon as you get it you ship- it, and email tracking number rigth away, you told me it was boxed up and ready to go one min, the nex u were not responding.

i am glad i used paypal, because i reported it and they put a hold on the $430 in your account, (that is what you told me, and i call paypal today and they said you just left the transaction in your account, so they freeze it, till they investigate it), i explained to paypal what u just said, an they say anytime i want to cancel the complaint, i can, and you can take the money out your account.

It takes a total of 1 minute to email or IM someone. I get so tired of people claiming that they are so busy that they couldnt even email you to tell you that things are going slow. Doing online business person to person like this is a very shaky deal, especially when the money being sent is so important (I think we can all admit that we cant just shrug off hundreds of dollars lost to a bad deal) I think that if the person selling the item(s) is not willing to act responsibly as a service and goods provider (and not someone cleaning out their garage) then they shouldnt be doing online deals. I hope that in this case everything works out for the best, but keep it in mind that the buyers in these cases act paranoid because they all hear about people getting burned for their hard earned cash.

The agreement was that as soon as he gets the money he ships it (i was even goin to pay more for a 2day shipping, but after talkin to the shop, 1-2 weeks is good, no more than that....), i explain to 45psi that my car is in the shop and i will need the kit ASAP, and if he dont have the kit ready i dont bother want to have a transaction with him, he replied that the kit was in the box ready to be shipped out, and as soon as the money cleared he will ship it and email me the tracking number hte next day.

i sent the money on the 17th...and we would talk about cars shyt, adn whatever during that time...(just regualr talking, everyday) till it cleared on the 20th.....i wait for the tracking number, and nothing, i got him once and he asked me to wait till thurdays, i told 45psi about the paypal shipping feature and that he could have it shipped and pay through paypal, he said he would check it out and email me (that was the last time i heard from him). At the same time I spoke to the shop and they said they would need the engine and turbo the folowing monday...so basically thursday was a bit too late....BUT they said just get it ship ASAP...so i was trying to get back to 45psi for almost a week...and nothing......

i even went as far as paying for another turbo kit from another person on this forum.....so now i have two kits....

that is why i was upset......if he emailed me explaining what was happening to him, or simply that he was having problems i wouldn't be acting like the way i was....it is that he just vanished.
