3 Attachment(s)
Eeeww...crappy cellphone pics. THis turbo is in very good condition. no shft play, not going to leak oil. I pulled it off a running engine that was supposedly dusted and the customer wanted the engine replaced. It is internally gated(actuator not pictured) and I have cut out the exhasut brake shenanegans, just need to weld the holes up and grind them smooth. looking for $250 shipped in the 48 US.

So divided v-band turbine inlet? Holy hell how would one make a manifold for that? I guess you could just weld a T3 or T4 flange to that though.

So it's a GTP38 turbo right? The non ball bearing? Yeah IDK how wide that V-band turbine inlet is, but hopefully not so wide you can't weld a T3 or T4 flange on it. With a proper welder, a die grinder, and some know how it shouldn't be too big a task to change the inlet to something a bit easier to work with. I'm going to research some specifications on it and see if it would work for what I'm trying to do. I'll get back at you.

I think its considered a 3" vband. I have a vband flange that would work with it. I also have a t3 flange laying around for a comparison. Ill take alook at the t3 and maybe take a pic. A t4 flange might be better fitment though

I think it would work much better with a T4 flange, just not enough room for the T3.
