the only way is to go down to his house and deal with him. Or if his mom/guardian comes out then go talk to them. If not then inform local police and let them know what had happened. Or you guys can go to a small claim court and see what happens.
But i would personally deal with him. The reason why he isn't scared is because as he stated before he is 17 yr old. Let's all go down there. Just give him one more week.

I have his number so when I get the first shipment of my stuff I'll check it out, call him and tell him what I think, then ask about the other stuff, going down there would be a big hassle.

this ------- punk *** kid you must be ------- stupid if it were me you were ripping off i would find you and kill you ---- the bullshit i went to jail last year because one of my good friends owed me 30 dollars and he was avoiding me so while he was at a party i beat him with my tire thumper till people pulled me off for 400 or more dollars i would ------- kill you you need learn real quick that you cant do this because you will eventually try it on some one like me with an explosive temper and you will wind up dead you stupid degenerate ----------er

that's how I felt when this post started, but I've calmed down now and I just want my stuff or my money.
I got the door poppers in the mail today, I was supposed to get some keyless handles with them but didn't. Still waiting on the corners and brakes

.------ people dont realize ----------ers ability get angry and do some loc'd out crazy ----. there are a lot more people with "explosive tempers" than people know. hes young, but if he keeps it up hes gonna learn real quick. anyways, ------ w/ peoples money is a good way to get killed or at the least beaten to a bloody ------- pulp. blownvtec, for your own sake, i hope that you do the righteous thing and give these people either their merchandise or a fair refund. sounds like you have a lot of people upset with you...not good. i hope all of you guys get your ----, i know where you are coming from and i wish you the best.

Hey, the kid probably think you can ripped people off easily online. But he's not thinking wisely. Maybe he is thinking he can not be charge with a felony. because he is under age.
If i were you guys i would definitely go down there and pay him a visit if the items was not shipped or if the items is in bad condition. And demand a refund. Yes it might be a hassle but he will learn his lesson. and it will scared the crap out of him. my 2 cents.
