I've began thinking of what I can do exactly when I get there, and it isn't much without getting arrested, I'll probably just try hard as hell to get my money or my stuff from him without having to wade through too much more of his bs.

damn, if i knew all this ----, i would have ripped him off, he bough some ---- from me about a month ago. anyways, if you go through with this "plan" of yours to pay him a visit, you should prolly have this thread DELETED, incase you get physical with him, all he would have to do is point the authorities to this thread. also, the FTC can help you out if it has been over 30 days since you payed him, i looked into it because i almost had to go that route with a sorry *** mother ****** that took over 3 mos. to send me my ----.

Take receipts and proof of your payment with you, stop by his house with a recorder and demand your money back. Be sure to say that you have proof of payment and what you were paying for. If he refuses to pay you, tell him you're going to pay the local police a visit to see what you can legally do about it, making sure to emphasize that you HAVE recorded your conversation and that you have proof of paying him. You may have to go the legal way, which I know is a pain in the ***, or maybe get him to hit you first.
