yep im selling my crx and getting a 00 civic SI on my new car im going to buy a completly new setup...
so here's my old IC setup, the piping is flexable exhaust piping with all of the couplers/clamps included! there is a rx7 bov jb welded in (its metal, sounds good too) ive only got up to 8psi with no problems, im sure it can go higher.
the IC is a bar and plate intercooler all aluminum , tig welded, with 2'' outlets it is 24'' in length, 4'' height, 3 1/2 thick it will support about 280 hp........make an offer

How did using the flexible piping work out for you? Flow well enough to not bother with trying to weld up solid piping?

 

well due to the fact that it is "ribbed" the flow isnt perfect! i'd rate the restriction like getting socked in the arm vs getting kicked in the ***** nah i read on some other thread that the you can lose up to 8-10 hp vs mandrel bends, But this is a part of a hmt setup so who cares :P way cheaper too

common guys i REALLY need the money!!! HybridCRXSi offered me a good price but his dad talked him out of it ill even go low as $160 for all, i payed more for JUST the Intercooelr not including the bov,pipes,couplers etc.. it wasent even on my car for 1 month! its practically new
