Interested in the silver cross drilled/slotted rotors for a 95 civic-- what size are the rotors? stock? because my wheels are only 13's

Also interested in the front brake pads as well.

The Zinc plating is actually there to prevent rust. The part of the rotor that contacts the pad does slowly lose the zinc plating, but the contact of the pad and rotor eats up metal and alleviates any chance of rust building up.
