Chapter 11 doesnt mean shutting the doors moron.

It does mean I can call them and threaten to cancel if they dont reduce my rate. :P

Charter sucks, I have it for internet at both places

At least they don't care about my bandwidth use, roughly 25 gigs up and 15 gigs down per day
