It does mean I can call them and threaten to cancel if they dont reduce my rate. :P

Charter sucks, I have it for internet at both places At least they don't care about my bandwidth use, roughly 25 gigs up and 15 gigs down per day

They have sent me numerous C&D letters asking I stop downloading copyrighted material from the pirate bay.
