ok last week i got a few bags of backstrap from my old man and i have yet to ever cook deer meat so im looking for a good recipe anyone got a good one i dont want some crazy ---- keep it simple and tasty bitches

Whenever I go to Wisconsin, always pick up a ton of venison sausage, summer sausage, venison, wild pig, cheese, brats, etc.

My family is a bunch of northern country folks. They hunt, fish, live in the country, and collect multitudes of guns. There's a place where they get their deer processed and makes the best venison sausage I've ever had.
