The only thing wild meat that may need some batter and fry is antelope and that is only if you do not have made into hamburger, jerky, or sausage.

sounds good, but I didn't have a grill when I had a freezer full of deer meat. I was in an apartment and had a deep fryer. It made for some badass snacks when I had parties. I've never had it any other way

im thinking i may just grill that bitch and then make some jerky out the other bag i havent had some good deer jerky in a few years maybe ill get creative my old man used to make cheeseburger pie with deer and that ---- was the bomb...

1 lb. ground chuck
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. chopped green peppers
2 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
Brown meat with onions and peppers. Drain. Mix Bisquick, salt, pepper, eggs and milk. Grease bottom and sides of 9 x 13-inch pan. ------ meat in pan. Sprinkle cheese over meat. Pour batter over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
