What dizzys will work with a p06? With titties :)
I'm trying to get my ae86 running on honda electronics, due largely to the failure that is the 4ag ecu. I need to find a dizzy that will work correctly with the p06. I don't want to shell out $150+ for a reman and can't seem to find the appropriate TD-18 or whatever comes in DX/LX used. So what other dizzys would work. Location of tabs/ears on the dizzy doesn't matter as I'm making a custom mounting plate. LS maybe? Can I use a obd0 dizzy and re-wire it or something? Only two requirement are: Work with p06, "dick" on dizzy must fit correctly into p06 cam's "vagina".

any 92-00 Civic or Integra distributor should work perfect...
earlier ---- wont work, not enough....or too many? teeth on the pickup wheels. car wont run....

Looking thru SCCA rules now for the application I'm working on
Well.... here's a setup that's basically identical to what i'm trying to run, and his dizzy clears the rad.

How sketchy would it be shave a bit off the base of the cap, the cap posts, and the base of the rotor
edit: Well I shaved ~1/2" off the posts, looks like it will work ok, still need more clearance though. Gonna pull the rad and hammer on the core support so I can lean the rad forward a little bit more, looks like I need ~1/2-1" more clearance :P
