Default reverse lights problem

My reverse light dont work. I have replaced the bulbs, checked the fuses and replaced the reverse light switch on the tranny. They still wont work. Car is a 94 civic 4 door with a d15b2 all stock besides the subs in the trunk. I did run my constant wire to a fuse under my dash, but when i pulled it out, lights still didnt work. My inspection was due a month ago and i gotta get this done. Any help you got is much appreciated.

if you just need it for inspection hook the directly to a switch with some aligator clips. you probably have a loose connection trace the wire and do some continuity tests and look for your open/loose area
